Semita Mamita was envisioned by our pastry cook Bella, who wanted to combine her New Orleanian and El Salvadoran roots.
Bella won our first-ever Ayu Schoolhouse Pop-up Series by pitching a business that was not only operationally and financially sustainable, but also close to her heart. Now she gets to run her concept for five weekends and KEEP ALL THE PROFITS!
